Help me! OP3 variant chinese A3000 has problem with OOS.

i bought OP3 from variant china. ver A3000. default is hydrogen OS, then i flash to OXygen OS by fastboot mode. but i has problem with it. My fone not vibrate when call conected, but i try flash again H2OS, everything is nomal.
pls help me! bcs i very need it( vibrate when conected):crying:
