Sandisk USB type C USB 3.1,64 Gb

I bought this sandisk USB 3.1 type c,this ubs goes in my op3 at 2mb/s in writing,while with a mi 4c it goes at 30mb/s.
Why this difference is there any fix ty in advance,i'm on oxygen 3.2.6,please halp me.:D
