Nexus 5X tethering.

I am going through the steps on tethering and get stuck on this step, trying to pull the build.prop file.. I enter this into the command prompt.
adb pull /system/build.prop

Then this comes up.
C:\WINDOWS\system32>Adb pull /system/build.prop
915 KB/s (4691 bytes in 0.005s)

But where is the file, did it pull it?
