So this is probably one of the stupider questions on this forum but my Axon 7 won't let me choose "None" for the lock screen unlock. When I go into the security settings I only have the option of "Pattern, Pin or Complex Password" but the Swipe and the None options are greyed out. They read they are disabled by the administration, encryption policy or credential storage.
My device admins are only two programs, none of which are the lockscreen. I never installed any credentials and the phone is not encrypted...
I know that whatever it is, it's starring at me right in my face but I can't figure out what it is. :confused:
Help.
