[FIX] [HELIUM] [HYDROGEN] Video Recording Fix

Here is the fix for the video recording not working. This fix works on my Stock Global ROM for the Helium as well as CM13 and Resurrection Remix. These are compatible with the Chinese Helium & Hydrogen models.
