Help i have a question on back to a previus firmware

Hi, sorry for my question, i have a new s6 64gb abour from a week, when i make on it's upgrade to android 6.0.1 and work very well. but after a new update suck!

so my question is.....can i back whit ODIN to previuos version?? also 6.0.1??? or i have problem with knox?
