Hi all, my fiancee was using the dreaded Facebook app and her phone froze, she performed a restart and it resulted in a hard brick! Windows device manager shows qhsusb 9008 or something similar, need the tot file to try to reflash using boarddiag. Tried converting kdz to got but can't find the option in firmware extract program. Got a system img but don't know where to go from there. Please help!! Many thanks.
