i am stuck at this twrp 2.8.7.0 ...not able to update the twrp!!!

Guide me to install HYBRID v3.4 recovery......so that i can install CM14....
currently i am using this cm13 rom(version details in the pic).
Finally, what i want is the change of recovery !!!!!!!
