How to Change WIFI mode ASIA-US to EU - Very Poor performance 2.4ghz modems

Hi,

I have Vivo Xplay 5A phone (snapdragon 652) and in my country modems 2.4ghz. When connect wireless connection speed under 1.5mbit.
How to change Wifi mode ASIA-US to EU mode. Please help me. I cant find Engineering (not developer mode) mode for this phone. Please check attachment for result
