does any one help ,getting screen flickering problem

i got screen flickering problem ,when i connected usb cable or headphones
i have google for solution ,but not worked
solution i used is -disable hardware over lay.
i also formated firmware + formate+download in sp flash tool
but problem is still their.
please help..
