Android settings read-only(?)

I have got weird problem that actually happened to my ex-gf some time ago. Whenever I restart my phone it keeps going back to one state, all the apps, icons, settings, everything is always the same. I wouldn't restart it but as well as this problem my phone started to freeze and reboot a while after. I have tried to wipe data "-- mkdir /data/app/ fail. err is -1" , root resets also after phone restart. I tried to look it up but either nobody had this problem or i can't precise problem. I would really appreciate any help or link.

My phone is K&M DRIVE
(I have access to "adb shell / su ")
