Hello. I am going to Cuba for 2 weeks.
Since Internet is still hard-to-find there, I had to settle for an EXTREMELY strict data plan.
With EXTREMELY I mean 5 MB total. Not daily. Total. 5 MB for two weeks.
Therefore I need a firewall (or anything really) that blocks EVERYTHING but WhatsApp. I tried many but they don't seem to be able to block Android OS from leaking data (even 20 kb mean a lot to me right now).
I am using a Nexus 6, Android 6.0.1, rooted.
