If i Flash a official room for my phone the knox gage Will increase to 0x1 Or it will stay on 0x0 ?

i bought my phone frome germany From Vodafone Center and its international unlocked ... and now iam in turkey
if i flash the official room is it possible to lock the Sim card and i`ll can`t use Turkish network again? :confused:
