HTC One m7 SPRINT, No GSM carrier network

Hi, I didn't want to make a new thread but I'm really stuck with my phone having no carrier network.
So here is my situation so far :
- My phone is a HTC One m7 Sprint;
- I'm from morocco, here we have GSM carriers,
- My phone was in KitKat, so i wanted to update it to Lollipop (OTA not working), i've flashed a stock firmware via fastboot (RUU want open in my PC) :

but the phone keeps giving errors : System UI has stopped, com.htc.dialer and many others
- I switched to a custom ROM, which is the ViperOne ROM (http://ift.tt/1hY6qtf), everything is working fine, except that i don't have any carrier network instead i got the message :
*"invalid sim card , 4g services are unavailable as the sim/uicc is invalid .Please contact customer"
or
"Invalid Card please contact consumer care"
-I've already asked help in the above threads without results.
So, any help would be greatly appreciated :(:(:(:(
