Few ppl asked me how to do various things so I directed them to XDA for info and advice cause its awesome and I wouldn't have sorted my problems and been able to help others with out it,
I'm sharing a short crap did on clearing cashe data uninstall and force stop in ap manager kindle in case any other less tekky people need to see I hope it helps someone
