how to flash a new rom to redmi 2 after it is in bootloop and twrp not working.. pls

guys i flashed cm 13 (official) on redmi 2. to change lock wallpapers i downloaded super su and gave permissions and selected twrp or cwm option. now it is not opening and it bootloop . recovery also not working . :(:(:(:(
