I've been trying to resolve this for a few days now and feel I'm just going round in circles at this point :silly:

HTC One M8
TWRP 2.8.1.0 (latest version I can get working)
Unlocked
S-ON
CID : H3G__001 (3 UK)
I can't for the life of me figure out how to get *any* backup, stock or whatever onto the phone...everything I've tried fails so far and I can't S-OFF as everything is wiped...
No RUU works because its H3G from what I can see so could anyone give me a pointer to recover this soft bricked phone...I'd love to get it back and working!!
