[ Help ] Recovery mode not enabled (twrp)

hi ...recently unlock bootloader official my sn3...i cant enter recovery mode ...iflashed twrp recovery via adb cmd but not entered.....I presed vol + (up) and power button BUT shown dis imgae ..plz help i want root my device
