This is Guide How to enable multi-window mode (MultiTasking) on Idol 3 with Android 6.0 Marshmallow
Instructions:
1.Open Build.prop (using Rootbrowser,or Build.prop Editor)
2.Scroll down and find this line "ro.build.type=user"
3.Change it with this line "ro.build.type=userdebug"
4.Save it and Reboot
5.Go to Settings->Developer Options and Turn on Multi-Window mode
6.Enjoy
