constant reboot tipo 23i

rooted
flashed new stok rom
used for ~ a week
bootloder unlock
flashed new rom
used it for 1 day
flashed cm-10-20131224-FXP-tapioca_ss
used it for ~ 6 hours
flashed cm-11-20140606-UNOFFICIAL-tapioca
boot loop on CM logo
all attempt at using CWM to flashed a new rom failed
using Flashtool i installed ST21i_11.0.A.4.27_IN.tft
used for 2 days
flashed stok based whit CWM
i think it rebooted before full install
used for 1 day
installed kernel Kernel_Vengeance_Tapioca
used for 1 day
installed Vengeance-Reloaded Tipo-v2
started rebooting after x time
can reboot in recovery (twrp and CWM)
reboots wile flashed new rom
using Flashtool to flashed ST21i_11.0.A.4.27_IN.tft failed - reboot in the medial of flashed
at the moment i have at most 10 seconds until it reboots

i tryed a new battery
and flashing wily connected to charger
any suggestion?
