installing different region code firmware on unlocked phone

i just got an unlocked SM-G930W8 BMC (bell). however, im on a different network carrier RWC (rogers).

my questions are:

-can i change my CSC from BMC to RWC without tripping knox?

or

-can i just install the RWC firmware over BMC firmware. also without tripping knox.

any help would be appreciated.
